When I was first getting started in land investing I was interested in flipping properties that were more expensive than I could afford. I knew of a few companies who fund deals but each one of them had different criteria. I then discovered that I needed to find other people who also fund deals, that way when I had a deal, I knew who to bring it to. It is the goal of this site to provide the same access to deal funders to you too.
